First Rotary meeting

I recently went to my first Rotary meeting and I made a presentation to introduce myself. My speech was in German and it went a lot better than I thought! The Rotarians were very impressed with my German and I was able to have a nice conversations with them. A Rotarian invited me to... I forget the name in German and don't know the translation, but I'll try to explain it... he invited me to go skiing but not normal skiing. We go where there are no ski lifts and we put something special on the bottom of our skiing that allows us to walk up the mountain, then we ski down (obviously). Of course I said yes and I am beyond excited!!
