School is pretty intense here in Switzerland but like schools in Canada they have themed days. This is actually the only themed day in the year so they definitely don't have as many as my school in Canada. For years now they have been organizing a "Funday" and all of the schools in the City of Fribourg had theirs in the same day. Every class is given a theme, my class had Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs so my whole class dressed up as someone from the movie. We had a magic mirror, the witch, the prince, the trees, snow white and dwarfs which I was one of. People in the fourth year (the last year) were allowed to do whatever they want and could prank people, it's called "maturastreich". They would walk around with buckets of water and water guns and spray people, luckily it was a really hot day so nobody mind being soaked. Some schools in other Cantons have coloured powder bombs and paint that get thrown around. We went around and played games like (alcohol free) beer pong and partner ski races on the grass so there was an obstacle course and two people needed to put ski clothes on and each have a foot in a ski boot which were tied together attached to a ski and then go through the course and the team with the best time won. We also had trivia games and there was juice, bread and chocolate as a snack for everyone. At the end we all got together and people had to go to the front and do embarrassing things or get pranked.
